    Scope & proposal

    You get a clear outline: what we will build, timeline, and fixed-price or phased options. No surprise costs halfway through.

    Preview & approve the plan

    We walk through clickable previews of the screens and workflow—how someone books a job, what your office sees, and so on—so you can confirm we are building the right thing before the heavy work starts.

  4. 04

    Build & test

    We build the full app and have your team try it with real scenarios—a sample week of jobs, real customer types, the busy-day rush. We fix what is confusing or broken before go-live.

  5. 05

    Launch & handoff

    We go live together, train your team, and leave clear how-tos. Your data is backed up regularly—so customer records and job history are safe even if a device fails or someone leaves the company.

  6. 06

    Support

    After go-live, you have a direct contact at Tidewater Apps when something is not working right or your team needs help using the app.
